zt999 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "zt999" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and betting platform operated at zt999.one, including all games, services, payment facilities and related features accessible thereunder.
• "Account Holder" or "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered a user account on zt999 and whose account remains active and in good standing.

• "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's zt999 account at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus credits separately identified.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must stake using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived therefrom, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which the use of online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable national or local law.

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation. References to a statutory provision include references to that provision as amended or re-enacted from time to time. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where the context so requires.

To register an account and use the zt999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

• You are not an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of zt999 or its affiliated gaming studio partners.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

zt999 reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including but not limited to registration, first withdrawal, high-value transactions or whenever zt999 deems verification necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by zt999 may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zt999 account login credentials, including your email address, password and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your zt999 login credentials with any other person, including family members. Account access is personal and non-transferable.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your zt999 account and update it promptly if you suspect it has been compromised.
• You must notify zt999 support immediately via live chat if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• zt999 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication on your account. Instructions are available within your Account Settings.

You may request closure of your zt999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. zt999 will process closure requests promptly, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds and standard withdrawal processing timelines. zt999 reserves the right to close accounts that have been dormant for a period of 12 consecutive months, provided that reasonable prior notice is given to the registered email address.

zt999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and 1LINK. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zt999 does not accept payment from any payment method not registered in the Account Holder's own name.

• The minimum deposit amount on zt999 is Rs 100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are communicated within the Cashier section of your account.
• Deposits processed via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your zt999 balance in real-time upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• zt999 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside zt999's control.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability and technical feasibility.
• Standard withdrawal processing on zt999 is completed within the timeframes specified in the Cashier section. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
• zt999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Provision of requested documentation is a condition of withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals from Bonus Fund balances that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements will not be approved until such requirements are fulfilled.

zt999 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Account Holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these General Terms together with specific bonus terms published at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these General Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

• Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of winnings derived from those Bonus Funds will be approved by zt999.
• Only one bonus may be active on your zt999 account at any given time, unless the specific terms of a promotion state otherwise.
• zt999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of a promotion or disqualify a Player from a promotion if zt999 reasonably suspects that the Player is engaging in bonus abuse, advantage play or any form of irregular wagering intended to circumvent Wagering Requirements.
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the zt999 platform. They may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or used to meet minimum deposit requirements for subsequent promotions.
• zt999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing Bonus Funds validly credited to a Player's account prior to such discontinuation shall remain subject to the terms under which they were issued.

All games and betting markets available on zt999 are subject to specific game rules published within each game's interface and, where applicable, within the sportsbook terms. These Gaming Rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms by reference.

The RTP (Return to Player) percentages stated for each game are the independently verified theoretical averages. Individual sessions may deviate significantly from these averages. zt999 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return for any individual player or session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zt999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zt999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any balance held therein:

• Registering, operating or using more than one zt999 account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the zt999 platform in a manner not expressly authorised by zt999.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or strategies in live casino games or multiplayer formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions or errors in zt999's systems or those of its third-party game providers for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, payment fraud or financial crime using the zt999 platform or any of its payment processing services.
• Using the zt999 platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in the Player's jurisdiction.
• Attempting to access the zt999 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy service or any other method of location obfuscation.

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, game mechanics, user interface designs, text and other materials available on the zt999 platform — collectively referred to as the "zt999 Content" — are the property of zt999 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

zt999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zt999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any zt999 Content in any form or by any means; modify or create derivative works based on zt999 Content; or use zt999 Content for any commercial purpose or public display without zt999's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zt999 excludes all representations, warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, in relation to the zt999 platform and its services.

• zt999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary service interruptions for maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical issues may occur.
• zt999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the zt999 platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill.
• zt999's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Account Holder in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• zt999 is not responsible for any third-party content, services or payment processing failures caused by factors outside zt999's direct control, including telecommunications network failures, banking system outages or payment provider downtime.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude zt999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

zt999 collects, processes and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on zt999, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the zt999 Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during the account registration process, identity verification procedures, financial transactions and platform usage is processed for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming enforcement and, with your consent, direct marketing communications. In the event of any dispute between an Account Holder and zt999, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting zt999 support via live chat at zt999.one. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notice being given, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in zt999's licensing jurisdiction. The decision of any arbitral tribunal constituted pursuant to these provisions shall be final and binding on both parties.
